I know for me I would want honesty in what caused it to be rejected. How can I learn to write better if I never know the reason it wasn't accepted. Then I'd just think that I actually had no talent in writing and probably give up. Constructive critism is sometimes hard to swallow but it does make us improve ourselves. Just my thoughts.
