Noticing Newbies

Being a wanna-be writer has been a great goal for me. I just have not known how to start, except by just writing what ever comes to mind. Finding this site could prove interesting for me and my dabbling with writing. My aim is to write what I can and put it out for those of you who might wish to offer me a critique. Keep in mind, though, I am no scholar of gramer. I've only heard of dangling participles and very seldom spell words correctly. I just have an ambition to write and to try and do it well. I am not attempting to make a living from writing. I would starve if that were true. So here I am and gald I have had the chance to see the many writings at this great site. Thank you. %-).
