Note that when you see an image on a web page it's already been downloaded to your computer or you couldn't see it. As such, there is no complete way to stop people from stealing images, just as there is no means to stop people from copying and pasting writing.

(Alt-PrntScrn is also another means to copy an image as it takes a screen shot that can then be editted in any image program.)

So, those who really feel this is a problem they are worried about should really avoid posting on the WWW.
