New Worlds

Hi,
I've just started writing a novel with a new world. A man gets transported there while he is suffering from depression.
I don't have a name for the world yet, it is a beautiful place, hills, mountains, fruit trees of all shapes and sizes and colours, lakes, seas and oceans abound.
The problem is that all the inhabitants are trapped in a City called Scar City (at the moment), which is a dark, grey place, with an opprssive regime and lots of technology. There is a kind of force-field preventing them seeing the rest of the world, and many of them don't believe there is anything outside.

I'd love further input into what it might be like - and name suggestions.
