Selector boxes showing through the Quick Gift Point area is a function of your web browser. Many newer versions, for example MSIE 7.0 and FireFox 2.0.0.3, have started to fix this bug. If you're browser has not yet fixed the bug - consider upgrading to the latest version... or simply note that the rating selector is NOT part of the GP form; it is just showing through from below due to a browser bug.
