Ok, yes it does go away when you move to select something to paste.

This doesn't happen in MSIE 7 or Opera 9.2.0 and it seems Firefox has a bug where it ignores a mouseover when you move into the right-click select area. Unfortunately I do not know of a way to work around this browser bug at this time - hopefully they will correct it for you in an upcoming version - you may consider visiting their site and submitting a bug report.
