to add to what Elisa has said... you may like to consider using a diferent browser, such as Opera or FireFox. These browsers use only one 'tab' on your taskbar. These browsers open up tabs within themselves so you can keep your taskbar free [they also keep the webpages you are viewing so if your comp crashes you don't lose the sites/pages you are viewing]
