If you decide to do group stuff, you could recruit fluent English speakers to preview items before ESL authors post them. I'd be willing to do that occasionally. That way the item could be edited for language errors before you post it publicly. That might be especially helpful to someone who's learning the language and wants to enter a contest or post on a review board.
