Another question...
...about the pieces being reviewed again. If I wanted to submit an item for consideration for the contest, does it need to be a finished item? Not unfinished as in not editied or clean or polished, but the whole thing isn't posted yet.

If you're only looking for completed works, that's okay, I just had to ask.
