Fountain of Knowledge

Blackberry is a brand name, but way back when before it became the top in the market, they called them PDA's (Personal Digital Assistant). My characters are carrying them in GGF too, and that's how I'm referring to it.

Julis...grabbed his PDA off the nightstand, pulling up his e-mail as he walked into the bathroom. Thumbs flying across the mini-qwerty with practiced ease, he typed a brief note

And I've watched the people at work with these mini-beasts, that's exactly how they do it. Thumbs like a master texter, and they're practically glued to these things checking their e-mails. We had a team in from out of town once and we were all sitting in the conference room because there weren't enough desks, and one guy was so used to his BB that he was using that instead of his laptop to answer e-mails even though he had his computer right there.
