Well, it depends on the story. I have one story where one of the main characters is a vampire in a fantasy setting. If the vampire you're using is more closely related to one of the various mythologies about them, I would say mythology. But for the most part, fantasy is probably closer. Unless the vamps are more monstrous and then it should be horror. That's why I like the term speculative fiction. That covers fantasy/horror/sci-fi.
