October Novel Prep Challenge

Did you actually write the premise, outline, and character sketch by the end of day yesterday?

The point of the Challenge is to encourage meeting your goals, and since you're showing progress, I'd like to keep you in. Eliminating you might cause you to not complete the rest of the prep work. On the other hand, the rules were spelled out pretty clearly, and I don't wish to upset the other contestants who met the deadline. So... I'll take opinions from the group.
