Sometimes I think if the outline isn't going the way I want I'm trying to force something to happen that isn't working. It's one thing I'm struggling with in this outline to figure out how and what and why will fit the characters. Another thing that helps me is to know my end and work everything toward that. If you skip way ahead, does it make sense to get from where you are to there with who you have?
