Email Draft Feature

I don't use this feature because when I did store something as a draft and then came back to use it, it had carrots in front of each line. I had saved a email that I wanted to finish later but before I could do so, I had to remove all that carrots and linebreaks. If I could save an email and be able to open it and finish it later without the carrots, I would use this feature in that way.

Sad to say, I would probably also write up some canned responses to use when the occasion warrants. Is that terrible?
