I write almost all of my stories in third person. Not all, just almost all. I have a hard time staying inside the character's head, so that's a way for me to be able to keep an outside narration perspective.
But I've talked to some people who can't get into that frame of mind. They have to either write in first person all the time, or limited third that's the equivelent of first, save for the pronouns.
So I'm curious what everyone thinks - do you have a preference for POV when you write? Does it change dependent on the story? Are you one of the rare few who can write in second?
