Starr, first thing, you'll want to delete two words from the header. The words in the rules are not ASR.

Instead of saying this, make it clear they must stay within the ASR rating, or be deleted. If they become offended it's their problem for not reading the rules.

I suggest using large, bolded words in that rule.
