I think it may benefit the search of newsletters writers if yellows were given the opportunity to help out.

Would you like to know how you could really help in the search for writers? When you read something you especially like, submit it immediately to the genre NL.

We all ask for submissions at the bottom of the NL's, but not near enough take advantage of the opportunity to showcase good work. You're right, this is an area where the whole site could help.

I don't know about the other editors, but I always try to include the name of whoever submitted something. You'd get your name in there and be helping at the same time.
