I was thinking for the different activities that run during the seasons. There were definitely a lot Summer contests, raffles, and other activities. It would have been a nice option to have such a badge to reward people with.

I can see your point that maybe they wouldn't be the most utilized Merit Badges, but I think they'd get their use.
