Thank you!! I guess at this point, I am still just trying to follow my own example.

Ya know, it's still difficult to not look back. I look back with a myriad of thoughts and feelings, but the main one is the memory of Hell. Yes, I do have some good memories from the past 25 years, but most of them are clouded, which is so sad.

But, I can't change that, and can only do my best in looking forward as you have advised.
