Suggestion Box

I have been a member here for about 3 weeks now, so here is my suggestion.
We receive a few automated e-mails which are VERY helpful and appreciated.
The one e-mail we do not get, is one that would help a lot for us 'technophobic' or just PC illiterate.

Please can we have an e-mail explaining how to make/post emoticons and post links (bitem, image. citem etc...)

It would be VERY helpful and a worthy addition to the useful e-mails already circulated.
