Yes, kindle allows web access. But because of the small screen size and the format of writing.com, the 2 frames on left and right take up most of the screen and allows about 1-2 words per line in the center frame where the content is.

So, a mobile version would allow one to read the center frame only on small screens like kindles and mobile phones.

Also the network is very slow compared to broadband, so writing.com content takes forever to download a page and then can only read 10 words before you have to go to next page.
