What you can do now is swipe/copy the number of the snapshot, click over to the Notebook tab of the person, and use the {snapshot:######} link to reference the Slider Snapshot you want to comment about there as a scribble.

The link works in the scribble textbox and can be clicked once it's been submitted. Viewers can click over to the Sliders page directly to see what you're talking about.
