I don't think the dreams you are having, or the feelings you are having are wrong. You own the house - you make the rules. Your dreams are merely a reflection of your feelings in waking life.
As far as what you do with these feelings in waking life - well that may have some consequences. Looks like it is time to lay down some rules and make some firm decision making.
