Filter For Afffiliated Groups

This may have been asked before, but would it be possible to be able to use the Search window at the top of the Public Review page to search for only those reviews affiliated with a certain group? Or, perhaps have a separate tab that calls up reviews affiliated with a certain group.

I host a review challenge for a group in which all reviews must be affiliated with the group. I tried typing in the group name, and got some reviews that were affiliated with another group. I wish to highlight ONLY those reviews affiliated with my group.
