Noticing Newbies

Hello everyone.

I'm new here, and still getting used to the way the site works, but thought it would be a great idea to say hello. I've been writing since I was a child, but I've never let people see my work, and certainly never been a part of a community like this one.

I'm looking forward to getting involved and, also, sharing my work. I must admit it is a daunting thing to put out pieces no ones ever seen before, but it's just something that has to be done really, otherwise I'll never learn from my mistakes or grow as a writer.
