The reason I haven't "used my account in five months..." :(
I'm sorry if I offend the designers of this website, but I simply can't find my way around this website. I'm hopelessly lost. It took me 10 minutes just to find the Post New Message link. The layout is very confusing to me; there's no telling where I am exactly.

Can someone help me? I get the feeling I'm running around in circles, trying to get to the place I want to be, even the help and support thing.
