Suggestion Box

I had several items I wanted to move into different folders. However, I was only able to use Move Items to Folder under Manage Your Portfolio for one instance. In other words, after checking the little box of the items I wished to move into one folder and clicking Move Items to Folder, the little boxes disappeared and would not let me select other items to move into different folders until I exited and re-entered Move Items to Folder. I had to do this three separate times.

Would it be possible to perform several instances of house-cleaning without having to start all over each time?
