Yup, Michael, I must agree with you there. Repetition is annoying and boring. I'm not so sure I've ever read anything that has 'gore for the sake of gore', though I find some horror venues say they don't want that. I've never read anything that's too gory. Hm. I guess I should get out more. *Laugh*
