OT: Needing help & willing to help as well.

I keep on starting story after story, and always i get the same result. Writer's block. I have a few things that I have worked on so far and was wondering if anyone could help me put together some kind of direction for a story or two of mine. My biggest problem is I know how to start a story, but I can't ever seem to know the way it will end.
