I agree. Don't look back.
But just for caution's sake, if you have several settings and you have their descriptions, copy and paste those in another file in your computer named settings. This is if in case you have to write about that place again and you forgot what you wrote, you won't have to search for it and see the other stuff that may make you "fix" things.
I do this with settings, people's names, backgrounds, etc., so I won't be tempted to look back.
