The WDC NanoLounge

I am preparing all month long with a nano prep challenge here on WDC. What helps me not get tired of the prepwork and keeps me from just starting the novel is I have others I'm working on. I have a teen novel I'm rewriting and want to get as much done as possible because I need that draft done this year. Aside from that I have a story I write for blogfests only, a paranormal romance I could add more to and a sekrit novel that I'm handwriting. At the same time, I can't wait for this year's nano. I'm so excited to get started writing my epic fantasy novel.

If you're really itching to write then do some warm up writing with short stories. The Writer's Cramp has a new topic every day or there are a variety of other contests on here that could have some interesting prompts.
