You can add items to your favorites and then use your favorites to keep up with edits to items. From your "My Account" page, in the "Favorites Area", you'll find more tools to keep up with your favorite items and authors... Including the " Daily Update" which gives you a daily accounting of items in your favorites that have been updated.
