THANKS, Leger! I knew it would be something simple, but the brain cells were refusing to cooperate and divulge the information. That worked perfectly, and so far-so good on the novel's beginning. I feel so much better than I did up to an hour or so ago. I've been really anxious about this year's NaNo, because I just wasn't feeling the inspiration.
Guess this was one of those times I just have to "do it," to "feel it."
