I attribute my current word count (16578, can't update word count from my phone tho) to three things: completing the Prep Challenge in October with Brandiwyn🎶; having a really ergonomic keyboard on which I can type upwards of 60 wpm; copious amounts of Starbucks VIA. In no particular order. Also, Monday is my day off, so I spent most of the day on my writing when I wasn't sleeping off the effects of a cold.
I am really impressed with how many folks are keeping to a 1600-2000 word/day pace though. There's a lot of us this year!
