My writing space is a mess!! I have notes all over the desk, pens of different colors, cans of pop, munchies, books, and other junk. Sometimes a cat will walk across the desk.
As to what's going on in the background, if I'm alone, music, but like today the family is home so the TV is on, (hubby is watching football in the room to my left,) the dryers is going,(in the room to my right) and kid is talking to/and playing his video game in the room I'm in. About time to use the headphones.
