If you need cheering on, not just for a "NaNo season," we'll definitely do it!

*hugs* We'll be here for you, whether you're doing NaNo or not. I think that you made the right choice. You could show them the young writers side of things and see if that helps anything. My son is doing that this year. I encouraged him to pick a goal that would be a challenge for him, but wasn't beyond his reach. Like the adult version, they also have a company there to print out the winner's stories. My son is very excited and wants to win. We'll see.
