Thank you for the...er, validation? I guess, is the best word.
I don't want to be one of those writers who's too afraid to stand up and say, "I need to back away for a minute. I just don't feel like doing the damn work right now." And you know what? I'm glad I did. I've read some really great stories tonight, and I know I'll come back tomorrow and knock it out of the park. Seeing what everyone else has out there has really helped me; this really is a community of very talented people, and I'm proud to be a part of it.
