Dear Betty;

So, I got inspired this morning and decided to make meatballs for dinner. 1 pound of ground beef didn't look like much so I added a 2nd pound. But what if Faye & Rick come over for dinner? I added a 3rd pound.

I cried when chopping the onions, apologized to the Vegetable Thin crackers as I crushed them, and said a prayer while adding the egg and spices. I mixed up the whole mess and started rolling meatballs.

Do you know how many meatballs all that makes? 90!!!! What the devil am I gonna do with 90 meatballs????

Any ideas?

OH RATS! This isn't the Betty Crocker website, is it? Dang! I just got busted for procrastinating. Okay, Okay. I'll get back to writing my Nano novel. If anyone wants a meatball dinner.....come on over! *meatball* ......hmmmm....there's no meatball emoticon??? Seriously??
