A similar feature feature is actually available when you click on the Review Tool button. This button is just below the review box seen at the bottom of each item. Once you click on Review Tool for an item you want to review, there is a store draft button right underneath the comment box. I suspect that an automatic feature would eat up quite a bit of server space, especially on a site of this size. Still, there is a store draft option available. You'll just have to remember to save your work periodically. If your reviews are lengthy, I would strongly recommend using the Review Tool, especially so you can save your work.
