Something you may want to include in your notebook is, "What does this mean to me?" Try not to judge what happened when you write it down.

The phrase, "The grass is greener on the other side," is a relative term--a mater of ones perspective at that moment in time. Such perceptions are illusions of our minds. In this case, "greener" is a judgment. It is more important to recognize what something means to us, than to judge it.
