To add to Daizy's response, I'd just like to add that you tend to find your voice when you're not actively looking for it. Also, you probably won't find it until you've accomplished a number of rewrites and finished several works. Bottom line? You can procrastinate on finding your voice as long as you don't procrastinate on developing the key components of storytelling.
