B-item isn't a file type. It is a type of link to an item on Writing.Com. Here is an example of a b-item link. I'll use this forum.
{b-item:100931} gives you this.

The numbers for items in your portfolio (ID numbers) will have seven digits instead of six, however. Clicking on links takes you to that item.

To but more than one poem in one item, when you have entered one poem, leave a few blank lines before the title of the next one. Continue doing this until you have entered all ten. You can copy and past your poems into the body window of the creation page. That is a lot easier than typing them in.

50 K refers to the file size. IE. fifty-thousand bytes. That is probably about twenty-five-thousand characters, if not more.
