I know that Pat has endorsed it, and sent out an e-mail, to all your members inviting them to participate. Thank you Showering Acts of Joy!
It is as you say much more than a contest, it is an opportunity to write these brave guys and women, who valiantly put their lives on the line every day so we enjoy freedom.

For Duty, Honor and Country. To serve and defend. These aren't just words thrown out with no real meaning but the very core of the reason most who serve do so. Even those who don't articulate it well!
