Thank goodness, I am totally motivated. After all the health crises in Jan, Feb, and June-I worried there would be no NaNo for me this year. But I participated in Experimental Plotters Challenge Sept. 21-Oct. 20, and in Brandiwyn's Oct. NaNo Prep this month-and I'm rockin'. I think I've even been converted to the beauty of outlining! I'm ready to roll-the only character I'm not fully fleshed out is one Horror (this is Book Four of a series) but I'll get her before the end of November (if she doesn't get me first  ) and I'm going for a giant 70K!! Got my support systems in place (forums at www.nanowrimo.org), this Forum, NaNo Write-a-Thon, NaNoWriMo Plus, NaNoWriMists, etc. I'm doin' it. This will be my 6th year and 5th win! Yay!And to those who are anxious-stop sweating it. It's doable! Turn off that annoying inner editor-and just write-don't reread it yet! Just get it on hard drive, disk, flash drive, or paper! Worry about editing in December! PS: My daughter is going into labour with her 6th at any time, which means a good 24 hours of babysitting in addition to my usual babysitting duties--so if I can do it, we all can!
