Back up your work... Then when you think its backed up....

Back it up again. I was well on my way to 11k words today. I had finished 6k and saved to eat something and let someone else have the computer for a while. But, when I got back it wasn't saved. I lost nearly 3000 words I had written. You have to make sure you back up and save. You don't want to go through this trust me.
