Would like to see groups that are by invitation only and have mediators that keep writers moving towards their goal. In the groups I belong to, there are members who do not participate, there are members who leave because of influx of emails between members and have had other groups leave because they weren't getting the attention they believed they deserved. There are other groups that have such a thing, AuthorAdvance is one. It might help ernest writers remain longer in groups and keep those who just want to chit chat away.
