Super Powers, Transformations and Magic

Thanks, Eric. This friend has been asking for me to write a story about a boy who knew martial arts. He has been asking me this for the last six months, but I'm lost. I don't know anything about the topic. I don't have any examples of martial arts stories or the fight scenes. So, I'm trying to see if there are any resources out there, or other authors who have some experience with this subject.
