Noticing Newbies

Hi everyone

My name is Jess, i'm 23 and living in Hampshire, UK. I have always loved writing, and spent three years at University studying Creative Writing and Drama (i figured three years of my life is a long time, i might as well do something i enjoy; never mind it wouldn't exactly lead to great job prospects, lol). I currently work in a library (Best. Job. Ever.) and am a regular contributor to a couple of webzines. Recently most of my writing time has been taken up by the webzine work, which is all article writing, and i've missed writing short stories and poetry and the like. So, i'm hoping that this place will help me find the inspiration to get back into fiction writing again, get me some constructive feedback on my work, and help me meet some awesome like-minded people :)

Other than writing, i love reading, shopping, all sorts of arts and crafts and doing volunteer work with the Hampshire Youth Offending Team.
