Can you clarify the 'publication' portion of winning this contest? Is it just you putting it into an e-book format for the writer to then have access to put on the market? Is there an e-zine or publishing entity behind it? If all rights remain the author's, does that mean it will have no online or other exposure, aside from the author's marketing of it? And lastly, are there revenues from the publication? If so, what is the split for the author and publisher?
