No, nothing nearly that cool, just a good outlining tool. I have mine organized into different groups for characters, setting, plot and conflict. Its a little more free-form than a traditional outline so if you have a scene that you really want to put in, you don't have to decide right away where it goes in the sequence of your plot, you can just keep building until you see the right opening. It can also collapse all of your notes so if you want to hide everything except your main points, you can make sure the basic structure of your story is to your liking. You can also store links on the bubbles if you have a nice page you found for research. I'm sure it doesn't work for everyone, is just nice to have options.
